User’s privacy and security is of utmost importance to Enaya Property Management Co. Enaya Property Management Co will always follow the principles of this Privacy Policy and ask the User how the User would like the Enaya Property Management Co to communicate with the User in order to use of certain services provided through the Application.
Registered User: In order to become a Registered User, you need to register an account with us, the User may be required to provide certain information, including any information which may be used to personally identify the User ('Personal Information), in the applicable contact form as part of User’s Registration Data. Personal Information includes Username, address, phone number(s) and email address and any other information which may, or may lead to, the disclosure of the User’s identity as an individual.
Other Communications: The User may also be required to provide Personal Information to the Enaya Property Management Co when the User communicates with the Enaya Property Management Co in any other way, including when you:

This may involve informing relevant third parties such as security and law enforcement agencies about the content and your behavior.
CONSENT AND OPTING-OUT
By submitting or providing your Data to us, you expressly acknowledge, consent and agree to:

We follow strict security procedures to ensure that your Data is protected and that it is not damaged or destroyed. ATM, Credit Cards, and Payment Information:
When you request the services through the Application, you are required to select a method of payment. Enaya Property Management co. is not interested in your debit/credit card information. For transactions with online debit/credit cards, we transmit your entire card information to the appropriate debit/credit card company in an encrypted format with globally accepted rules and applications during a Service request. Upon your choice, we keep a part of your card information in an encrypted format, taking precautions to maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards over your payment method information.
RETAINING AND RIGHTS OF THE USER
Upon deletion of your account in the Application in accordance with the general Terms and Conditions, we may still be required to retain your Personal Information or Data in order to comply with legal and obligations, prevent fraud, collect fees owed (if any), resolve disputes and troubleshoot problems, invoicing documentation for auditing purposes etc, but always done within a legal framework.
The data subject may, at any time, exercise his/her right to access, rectification, deletion, limitation, objection or data portability by visiting the profile settings in the Application and opting to “Data Download” or “Delete My Account”.
INFORMATION REQUESTS VIOLATIONS AND INFRINGEMENTS
Unless the Personal Information relates to an individual which you are legally responsible (such as a minor) [below 18 years old], you may not give us Personal Information about any other person.
